Some recent public walks...
Wellbeing Event - Connecting to Wild Nature, learn foraging as a way of coming home to nature. A deep ecology approach to wellbeing.
From a recent walk....Our British hedgerow can be seen as a microcosm of a woodland, a mini forest although at first glance these clipped, neat edges may be easy to overlook.  It is actually a complete living community of trees, shrubs, herbs, climbers, birds, mammals, insects and more. Along Stream walk and within the Community Garden are hedges which can be seen to beliving larders and medicine cabinets living larders and medicine cabinets. Come and discover for yourself.
