Emotional Stress Release

I have found this to be the most effective easy and quick technique for balancing the system. It can be used for any situation, which feels stressful to help create calm. Basically you just think about the stress while holding part of the forehead.

Think about something that is stressful

Be aware of how stressful Rate it out of 1-10 10 being the highest. Where is it on the body. Does it have a colour.

Lightly touch the frontal eminences, the bumps on the forehead between the hairline and the eyebrows. If in doubt put a palm across the whole forehead.

Keep holding these points while focusing on the stressful situation. This usually takes about 5 minutes.

This brings blood back to the forebrain where we can be creative and think of new solutions without emotion being involved.
